When the Loan officer submits our submission form, our staff picks it up from here!
Review file for completeness: File gets scrubbed for completeness and prepped for submission for the lender
Order, review related verification’s, VOE, VOR, VOM, VOE, HOI, etc.
Prepare all documentation for full submission and submit full loan packages to lender of your choice
Once conditions are received, your processing team will review all conditions and answer any questions or concerns you may have (if you have coupled LOA services, our team will reach out and gather all conditions)
Prepare conditions for submission, order appraisals, order title/escrow
Conditions will be submitted to lender to be cleared
Keep file moving along and Loan officers updated using our tracking software
Weekly updates to parties involved
Once clear to close has been issued, our team will work on scheduling the closing with parties involved unless otherwise stated by broker
Any invoices for services will be submitted at this time
Follow through to funding, making sure all funding conditions are met and ensure proper disbursement of all payments
Upon completion, the file is released back to the broker

Loan officer submits any upfront items collected to our team
LOA gets assigned to you, reviews documents and establishes a relationship with the client and all parties involved and collects any remaining documents with the client
Your personal LOA opens escrow
Full package sent to your processor for submission
Once conditional approval is received your assigned LOA will reach out to the client and complete the needs list and follow up until closing
Documents our team collected will be released back to loan officer or processor at closing
Our Team follows up with a “Congratulations” to all partners involved
We mail a “Congratulations” gift to all purchase clients or “Thank You” cards with gift card to Refinances compliments of you and your team

How does the process work?
Give our staff a call to get set up on our onboarding process. We reach out and get ready with your chosen lenders. You will receive our paperwork and subform. Once you have your client qualified and ready to go, our staff picks it up from here! We will reach out to the client on your behalf and request any documentation needed. Our team does a pre-underwriting review, orders title work, etc. Once approval is received, our team works quickly get everything submitted and receive CTC. We then follow through to funding, making sure all conditions are met and ensuring proper disbursement of all payments. For any additional details, please see our Process page.
What if I have a small team?
We work with all team sizes! In our initial set up call we will discuss what your average number of closes are a month and know what to expect from you.
What happens with my clients?
Our team will keep your clients up to date at every stage in the process always including you on the communication so you can see the updates your client is receiving!
How will I know where my loan is at?
All communication and loan updates will have you included but we also have a internal system that houses all status updates and communication to make it easy to see exactly what step your loan is at!
What if I want my own dedicated processor?
